Common use of Affiliated Carriers Clause in Contracts

Affiliated Carriers. Should the Company elect to directly or indirectly sell, lease, or otherwise transfer any aircraft in its control to any airline that is owned controlled, or operated by the Company or Atlas Air World Wide Holdings, Inc. and such transfer would directly cause a reduction in force of the Crew Members covered by this Agreement, the Company shall exercise reasonable efforts to obtain the agreement of the receiving airline to allow the flying of such aircraft to be performed by Crew Members on the Atlas Air seniority list in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
