Specified Personnel. ST6.1 The Grantee agrees that the following personnel (Specified Personnel) be involved in the Activity as set out below: <specified personnel>
Specified Personnel. The Contractor must appoint the Specified Personnel as having responsibility for the Services. The Contractor must not substitute other personnel for the Specified Personnel without the School Council's written consent. The Contractor may only seek the School Council's written consent after the Contractor has complied with clause 3.4 of this Contract in relation to substitute Specified Personnel proposed by the Contractor. Wherever any of the Specified Personnel are unable to perform any of the Services, the Contractor shall immediately notify the School Council and arrange for replacement of that person with a person satisfactory to the School Council. The School Council may at any time by notice in writing to the Contractor require that the Contractor cease to permit any of the Specified Persons to be engaged in carrying out the Services and in such event the Contractor shall as soon as is practicable cease to provide the service of such person or persons and shall provide the services of such replacement or substitute persons as may be acceptable to the School Council.
Specified Personnel. Not applicable [OR]
CB6.1 The Grantee agrees that the following personnel (Specified Personnel) will be involved in the Activity as set out below:
CB6.2 The Grantee agrees to notify the Commonwealth as soon as practicable if the Specified Personnel are unable to perform the work as required under this clause.
CB6.3 The Grantee agrees to remove any personnel (including Specified Personnel, subcontractors, agents or volunteers) involved in the Activity at the request of the Commonwealth.
CB6.4 If clause CB6.2 or clause CB6.3 applies, the Grantee will provide replacement personnel acceptable to and at no additional cost to the Commonwealth at the earliest opportunity and without any interruption to the Grantee’s compliance with its other obligations under this Agreement.
Specified Personnel. 14.1 The Contractor must provide all Specified Personnel for the Project and for the minimum periods specified in Schedule 3 and Schedule 4.
14.2 During the minimum periods specified in Schedule 4, the Long Term Advisers included in the Specified Personnel must be exclusively dedicated to the Project and only perform the duties required under this Contract unless otherwise agreed in writing by DT Global.
14.3 The Contractor must use its best endeavours to secure the availability of Specified Personnel for the term of the Contract. If a change to Specified Personnel is required the Contractor must provide DT Global with not less than 3 months prior written notice of such change except where circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Contractor make the giving of such notice impracticable. Any proposed change to the Specified Personnel must only be made after written consent from DT Global and the Donor and in accordance with the procedure set out in Clause 14.7 below. Any advertising for new or replacement Specified Personnel engaged under this Subcontractor agreement must adhere to DFAT’s AusConnect guidance and may need to be advertised on the AusConnect Portal (xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxx.xxxx.xxx.xx).
14.4 Subject to Clause 14.3 above, Specified Personnel may be temporarily absent from the Project. Where Specified Personnel are unavailable for work in respect of the Contract, for any period in excess of 2 weeks, the Contractor must notify DT Global in writing immediately and, if requested, must provide replacement personnel acceptable to DT Global and the Donor and the Partner Government at no additional charge and at the earliest opportunity and for the duration of the absence.
14.5 The costs incurred by the Contractor in providing temporary substitute personnel due to the absence of Specified Personnel are the responsibility of the Contractor.
14.6 The Contractor must advise DT Global promptly in writing of any change in the circumstances of any Specified Personnel that, in the Contractor’s reasonable opinion, is likely to affect DT Global’s assessment of the person under the Contract.
14.7 Before appointing Specified Personnel to the Project, the Contractor must obtain DT Global’s written approval. In seeking approval of proposed Specified Personnel the Contractor must provide to DT Global:
(a) the full names, dates of birth, and nationalities of proposed personnel and their accompanying dependants;
(b) a statement demonstrating that the proposed pers...
Specified Personnel. 18.1 You must ensure that the Specified Personnel undertake activities in respect of the Project in accordance with the terms of this Funding Agreement and the Project Work Plan.
18.2 Where Specified Personnel are unable to undertake activities in respect of the Project, You must notify Us immediately. You must, if so requested by Us, provide replacement personnel acceptable to Us without additional payment and at the earliest opportunity. Where practical You must allow Us the opportunity to participate in the selection of the replacement Specified Personnel.
18.3 We may give notice on reasonable grounds requiring You to remove personnel (including Specified Personnel) from work in respect of the Project. You must, at Your own cost, promptly arrange for the removal of such personnel from work in respect of the Project and replace them with personnel reasonably acceptable to Us.
18.4 If You are unable to provide replacement personnel reasonably acceptable to Us We may terminate this Funding Agreement immediately on written notice.
18.5 You must ensure that all Specified Personnel and any other personnel, agents or subcontractors who undertake activities in respect of the Project has passed a Working With Children Check, if required under the Working With Children Xxx 0000 (Vic).
Specified Personnel. (1) Except as otherwise specifically agreed in writing by GCPHN, the components of the Services to be performed by members of the Specified Personnel must be performed exclusively by those members of the Specified Personnel.
(2) If any of the Specified Personnel become unavailable or refuse to provide the Services, the Contractor must inform GCPHN as soon as possible after becoming aware. Within five (5) Business Days of the Contractor becoming aware that a Specified Personnel is unavailable or refuses to provide the Services, the Contractor must appoint a replacement person of equivalent expertise who must:
(a) meet the requirements of this Agreement; and
(b) be approved by GCPHN in writing.
(3) The Contractor will provide GCPHN, upon request in writing, with full particulars as to the qualifications and relevant experience of any proposed replacement person.
(4) The Contractor warrants that the persons engaged in the performance of the Services are or will be, while they perform those Services, employed or contracted by it and that such persons shall be suitably qualified for the performance of the duties allocated to them in connection with this Agreement.
(5) GCPHN may at any time require the Contractor to remove any of its personnel, including Specified Personnel, from performing any of the Services.
Specified Personnel. 24.1 The Contractor agrees that the Specified Personnel will perform work in relation to the Services in accordance with this Agreement.
24.2 If Specified Personnel are unable to perform the work as required under clause 24.1, the Contractor agrees to notify the ACARA immediately.
24.3 The Contractor agrees, at the request of ACARA acting in its absolute discretion, to remove personnel (including Specified Personnel) from work in relation to the Services.
24.4 If clause 24.2 or clause 24.3 applies, the Contractor will provide replacement personnel acceptable to ACARA at no additional cost and at the earliest opportunity.
Specified Personnel. The Contractor must ensure that the services are performed in accordance with this contract. Where personnel have been specified, they must provide those services. SPC may remove any personnel (including Specified Personnel) from work in respect of this Contract. If it does so, or if Specified Personnel are unable or unwilling to perform the contract, the Contractor will provide replacement personnel (acceptable to SPC) of suitable ability and qualifications at no additional cost and at the earliest opportunity.
Specified Personnel. NOTE: Unless Specified Personnel are identified during the assessment ‘Reserved’ this clause.
2.4.1. The Recipient agrees that the Specified Personnel will perform work in relation to the Activity in accordance with this Agreement.
2.4.2. If Specified Personnel are unable to perform the work as required under this clause 2.4, the Recipient agrees to notify the Commonwealth immediately.
2.4.3. The Recipient agrees, at the request of the Commonwealth acting in its absolute discretion, to remove Personnel (including Specified Personnel) from work in relation to the Activity.
2.4.4. If clause 2.4.2 or clause 2.4.3 applies, the Recipient will provide replacement Personnel acceptable to the Commonwealth at no additional cost and at the earliest opportunity.

ST6.2 The Grantee agrees to notify the Commonwealth as soon as practicable if the Specified Personnel are unable to perform the work as required under this clause.

ST6.4 If clause ST6.2 or clause ST6.3 applies, the Grantee will provide replacement personnel acceptable and at no additional cost to the Commonwealth at the earliest opportunity and without any interruption to the Grantee’s compliance with its other obligations under this Agreement.
