Common use of Affiliated Entity Clause in Contracts

Affiliated Entity. Any persons(s) or entity(ies) who own or control, are owned or controlled by or are under common ownership or control with Comcast of Colorado/Pennsylvania/West Virginia, LLC, but does not include Affiliated Entities that are not involved with the use, management, operation, construction, repair and/or maintenance of Comcast Corporation’s cable systems.

Affiliated Entity. Any persons(s) corporation, partnership, or entity(ies) who own other business entity that owns or controlcontrols, are is owned or controlled by by, or are is under common ownership or control with Comcast of Colorado/Pennsylvania/West Virginia, LLC, (as defined herein) but does not include Affiliated Entities that are not involved with the use, management, operation, construction, repair and/or maintenance of Comcast Corporation’s cable systemsComcast's Cable Systems.

Any persons(s) or entity(ies) who own or control, are owned or controlled by or are under common ownership or control with Comcast of Colorado/Southeast Pennsylvania/West Virginia, LLC, LLC but does not include Affiliated Entities that are not involved with the use, management, operation, construction, repair and/or maintenance of Comcast Corporation’s cable systems.

Affiliated Entity. Any persons(s) or entity(ies) who own or control, are owned or controlled by or are under common ownership or control with Comcast of Colorado/Pennsylvania/West VirginiaPennsylvania II, LLCInc., but does not include Affiliated Entities that are not involved with the use, management, operation, construction, repair and/or maintenance of Comcast CorporationComcast’s cable systems.

Any persons(s) or entity(ies) who own or control, are owned or controlled by or are under common ownership or control with Comcast of Colorado/Southeast Pennsylvania/West Virginia, LLC, but does not include Affiliated Entities that are not involved with the use, management, operation, construction, repair and/or maintenance of Comcast Corporation’s cable systems.
