No Attorneys’ Fees. In the event of any dispute or legal action arising under this Agreement, the prevailing party shall not be entitled to attorney's fees.
No Attorneys’ Fees. Except as provided in Section 3.07(b), the Company and the Executive each shall bear their costs for any attorneys’ fees and any other reasonable expenses incurred in enforcing or protecting the rights of the Company or the Executive under this Agreement.
No Attorneys’ Fees. Notwithstanding any of the provisions herein, if any Party finds it necessary to institute legal proceedings to enforce another Party’s obligation under this Agreement, each Party shall be responsible for its attorneys’ fees and costs.

Neither party shall be entitled to, nor awarded any attorney’s fees pertaining to this Agreement, including, but not limited to, any administrative or legal proceeding arising out of the enforcement or challenge to this Agreement. In this regard, it is agreed and understood that each party shall bear his or its attorney’s fees, costs and expenses and shall not be entitled to any claim for reimbursement from the other party.
