Common use of Affiliated Entity Clause in Contracts

Affiliated Entity. Any corporation, partnership or other business entity that owns or controls, is owned or controlled by, or is under common ownership or control with Comcast.

Affiliated Entity. Any corporation, partnership or other business entity that owns or controls, is owned or controlled by, or is under common ownership or control with ComcastCharter.

Affiliated Entity. Any corporation, partnership or other business entity that owns or controls, is owned or controlled by, or is under common ownership or control with Comcast but does not include Affiliated Entities that are not involved with the use, management, operation, construction, repair and/or maintenance of Comcast’s Cable Systems.
