Affiliated Group Tax Returns. Except as such terms may apply solely to relationships between or among the Companies and except as otherwise set forth on Schedule 2.6(b), none of the Companies is, or during the prior ten years has been, a member of an affiliated group of corporations within the meaning of Code Section 1504 (or any combined, consolidated, or unitary group of corporations or analogous grouping under state, local, foreign or territorial tax law).
