Income Tax Returns definition

Income Tax Returns means all Tax Returns relating to Income Taxes.
Income Tax Returns means any Tax Return relating, or with respect, to Income Taxes.
Income Tax Returns shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.9 hereof.

Income Tax Returns has the meaning set forth in Section 6.01(a).
