Affiliates’ Confidential Information is Covered; Confidentiality Obligation Survives Termination. For purposes of this Employment Agreement, the term “affiliate” includes Southern Community Financial Corporation, the Bank, and any entity that directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with Southern Community Financial Corporation or the Bank. The rights and obligations set forth in this Article 6 shall survive termination of this Employment Agreement.
