Affiliates Not Obligated. No Eurodollar Affiliate or other Affiliate of any Lender shall be deemed a party to this Agreement or shall have any liability or obligation under this Agreement.

(i) Adjusted Eurodollar Rate. Any failure by any Lender to take into account the Eurodollar Reserve Percentage when calculating interest due on Eurodollar Rate Loans or Money Market Loans shall not constitute, whether by course of dealing or otherwise, a waiver by such Lender of its right to collect such amount for any future period.
Affiliates Not Obligated. No Affiliate of the Lender shall be deemed a party to this Agreement or shall have any liability or obligation under this Agreement.
