Affiliation to the Juventus. Official Fan Club project entails the obligation to keep fan support within the limits of correct behaviour and the rejection of any type of violence, racism and obscenity. Juventus reserves the right, upon the request of Police authorities and at any time during the football season, to request - in compliance with article 6 of Italian Law no. 401 of 13 December 1989 on formal cease and desist orders or orders prohibiting stadium attendance - a statement certifying that no Member of the relevant Juventus Official Fan Club has been subject to such orders. If a Member becomes subject during the current season to a restriction procedure (DASPO), they must be immediately expelled by the Juventus Official Fan Club, under penalty of suspension of the Juventus Official Fan Club from all the services referred to in this Framework Agreement.
