- OFFICIAL EVENTS AND MEETINGS WITH JUVENTUS OFFICIAL FAN CLUBS. Within the Juventus Official Fan Club project, Juventus may organise events and meetings of various kind that, by overcoming the fragmented nature of individual Juventus Official Fan Clubs' initiatives, aim to create an important joint meeting opportunity between Juventus and the Juventus Official Fan Clubs Members. Such events are: • Regional meetings of the Juventus Official Fan Clubs with the participation of Juventus Football Club Spa representatives. In order to participate to these events, at least one delegate from each Juventus Official Fan Club must attend the meetings organised, before such events, by the regional contacts; • Walk About: guided tours of Allianz Stadium before Championship and Coppa Italia matches, on a continuous rotation basis, for maximum of two Juventus Official Fan Club members, on a first-come, first-served basis. This event will not take place on occasion of matches organised by UEFA and no participation fee payment is required; • Terzo Tempo: after some of the Championship matches, Juventus members meet, in a reserved area of the Allianz Stadium, a delegation of Juventus Official Fan Club members (at Juventus’ discretion), on a first-come first-served basis. The payment of a participation fee is required; • Booking for groups of at least 25 members intending to visit the Juventus Stadium and the Juventus Museum and/or participate in the Juventus Citify Tour; • Possibility of attending training sessions for the First Team at the Juventus Training Centre (booking on a first-come, first-served basis), only during the Centre's open days, set by Juventus.

Such events may concern: • Regional meetings of the Juventus Official Fan Clubs with possible participation of Juventus Football Club Spa representatives. In order to participate to these events, at least one delegate from each Juventus Official Fan Club must attend the meetings organised, before such events, by the regional contacts; • Walk About: guided tour of the Allianz Stadium in the pre-match period of the Championship and Coppa Italia, based upon availability as communicated by Juventus. That event may not take place during matches organised by UEFA . The payment of a participation fee is required; • Terzo Tempo: after some of the Championship matches, Juventus members meet, in a reserved area of the Allianz Stadium, a delegation of Juventus Official Fan Club members (at Juventus’ discretion), on a first-come first-served basis. - OFFICIAL EVENTS AND MEETINGS WITH JUVENTUS OFFICIAL FAN CLUBS. As part of the Juventus Official Fan Club project, Juventus may organise various events and meetings. Unlike self- contained individual Juventus Official Fan Club initiatives, the aim of such events is to create an opportunity for Juventus and Juventus Official Fan Club members to come together. Events include: • Regional meetings of Juventus Official Fan Clubs with participation from Juventus Football Club representatives. In order to take part in these events, it is compulsory for at least one person per Juventus Official Fan Club to attend the preliminary meetings organised beforehand by regional representatives; • Walkabouts: guided tours of Allianz Stadium before league and Coppa Italia matches on a continuously rotating basis, for a maximum of two members per Juventus Official Fan Club. Spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. This event will not take place for UEFA matches. Participation is free of charge; • Terzo Tempo: after some league matches, Juventus FC players meet a delegation of Juventus Official Fan Club members (at the discretion of Juventus) in a function room in Allianz Stadium. Spaces are assigned on a first- come, first-served basis. Participation will be charged; • Bookings for groups of at least 25 members who would like to visit Allianz Stadium, Juventus Museum and/or Juventus City Tour. • Xxxxxx to attend first-team training sessions at the Juventus Training Center (bookings taken on a first-come, first- served basis).   • E6 Publicity, Media and Official Enquiries E6.1 The Contractor shall not:

  • VISIBILITY OF FUNDING FROM THE OFFICIAL DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE Unless the SAIDC requests or agrees otherwise, any communication or publication made by the Final Beneficiary that relates to the action, including at conferences, seminars or in any information or promotional materials (such as brochures, leaflets, posters, presentations in electronic form, etc.), including tangible assets acquired from the project must: (a) indicate that the action has received funding from the Official Development Assistance, SlovakAid and (b) display the SlovakAid logo. When displayed in association with another logo, the SlovakAid logo must have appropriate prominence. The obligation to display the SlovakAid logo does not confer on the Final Beneficiary a right of exclusive use. The Final Beneficiary may not appropriate the SlovakAid logo or any similar trademark or logo, either by registration or by any other means. For the purposes of the first, second and third subparagraphs and under the conditions specified therein, the Final Beneficiary may use the SlovakAid logo without first obtaining permission from the SAIDC.

  • Publicity, Media and Official Enquiries 22.1 Without prejudice to the Authority’s obligations under the FOIA, neither Party shall make any press announcements or publicise the Contract or any part thereof in any way, except with the written consent of the other Party.

  • Official Notices Notices to either party shall be provided by personal delivery or by depositing them in the United States mail, first class postage prepaid, and addressed as identified on the signature page of this Agreement. Either party may give written notice of a change of mailing address for all purposes under this Agreement.

  • School Official Designation Pursuant to Article I, Paragraph 1 of the DPA Standard Clauses, and in accordance with FERPA, ISSRA and SOPPA, in performing its obligations under the DPA, the Provider is acting as a school official with legitimate educational interest; is performing an institutional service or function for which the LEA would otherwise use its own employees; is under the direct control of the LEA with respect to the use and maintenance of Student Data; and is using Student Data only for an authorized purpose and in furtherance of such legitimate educational interest.

  • DIPLOMATIC AND CONSULAR OFFICIALS Nothing in this Agreement shall affect the fiscal privileges of diplomatic or consular officials under the general rules of international law or under the provisions of special agreements.

  • Termination in relation to Official Secrets Act The Authority may terminate this Framework Agreement by serving notice on the Supplier in writing with effect from the date specified in such notice where the Supplier is in breach of its obligations under Clause 21 (Official Secrets Acts).

  • No Physical Presence of Quorum and Participation by Audio or Video; Disaster Declaration The ability of the Board to meet in person with a quorum physically present at its meeting location may be affected by the Governor or the Director of the Ill. Dept. of Public Health issuing a disaster declaration related to a public health emergency. The Board President or, if the office is vacant or the President is absent or unable to perform the office’s duties, the Vice President determines that an in- person meeting or a meeting conducted under the Quorum and Participation by Audio or Video Means subhead above, is not practical or prudent because of the disaster declaration; if neither the President nor Vice President are present or able to perform this determination, the Superintendent shall serve as the duly authorized designee for purposes of making this determination. The individual who makes this determination for the Board shall put it in writing, include it on the Board’s published notice and agenda for the audio or video meeting and in the meeting minutes, and ensure that the Board meets every OMA requirement for the Board to meet by video or audio conference without the physical presence of a quorum.

  • OFFICIAL SECRETS ACT A18.1 The Contractor shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that the Contractor’s Personnel are aware of the provisions of the Official Secrets Acts 1911 to 1989 and Section 182 of the Finance Act 1989, and understand that these provisions apply during and after the Contract.
