Common use of Affirmation of Guarantees Clause in Contracts

Affirmation of Guarantees. Each of the Guarantors hereby consents to the execution and delivery of this Amendment and to the transactions contemplated hereby or in any related document and reaffirms its obligations under the Guarantee and Collateral Agreement executed by such Guarantor.

Affirmation of Guarantees. Each of Notwithstanding that such consent is not required thereunder, the undersigned Guarantors hereby consents consent to the execution and delivery of this Amendment and to the transactions contemplated hereby or in any related document and reaffirms its reaffirm their respective obligations under the Guarantee and Collateral Agreement executed by such Guarantoreach of their respective Guaranties.

Each of Guarantor (as defined in the Guarantors Guarantee and Collateral Agreement) hereby consents to the execution and delivery of this Third Amendment and to the transactions contemplated hereby or in any related document and reaffirms its obligations under the Guarantee and Collateral Agreement executed by such Guarantor.

Each of the Guarantors Guarantor hereby consents to the execution and delivery of this Amendment and to the transactions contemplated hereby or in any related document and reaffirms its obligations under the Guarantee and Collateral Agreement executed by such Guarantor. Each Guarantor also hereby agrees and consents to the amendment of Schedules 2 and 4 to the Guarantee and Collateral Agreement.
