REPRESENTATIONS ARID WARRANTIES. Except with respect to the existence of the Anticipated Defaults listed on Schedule I of the Forbearance Agreement, the representations and warranties set forth in the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Papers are true and correct in all material respects on and as of the Effective Date, as if such representation and warranties were being made on and as of the Effective Date.
