Affirmative Action for Individuals with Disabilities. ‌ If the contract or the total of all orders issued during a calendar year equals or exceeds $10,000 and is not otherwise exempt, the contractor agrees to comply with the regulations of the Department of Labor and the Affirmative Action clause as set forth in Title 41, Code of Federal Regulation, Part 60-741, which are incorporated herein by reference.
