If any shares of Class A Common Stock reserved or to be reserved for the purpose of the exercise of this Warrant, or any shares or other securities reserved or to be reserved for the purpose of issuance pursuant to Section 6 hereof, require registration with or approval of any governmental authority under any federal or state law (other than securities laws) before such shares or other securities may be validly delivered upon exercise of this Warrant, then the Company covenants that it will, at the expense of the Holder, secure such registration or approval, as the case may be.
