Common use of Affirmative Covenants of the Lessees and DTAG Clause in Contracts

Affirmative Covenants of the Lessees and DTAG. So long as the Series 2000-1 Letter of Credit has not expired or any amount is owing to the Series 2000-1 Letter of Credit Provider hereunder, each of the Lessees and DTAG agrees that, unless at any time the Series 2000-1 Letter of Credit Provider shall otherwise expressly consent in writing, it will, and in the case of DTAG, it will cause each of the Lessees to: (a) Affirmative Covenants under the Credit Agreement. Comply with each of the affirmative covenants applicable to it set forth in the Credit Agreement including, without limitation, those set forth in Section 8.1 thereof, which affirmative covenants are hereby incorporated herein by this reference;

Affirmative Covenants of the Lessees and DTAG. So long as the Series 20001998-1 Letter of Credit has not expired or any amount is owing to the Series 20001998-1 Letter of Credit Provider hereunder, each of the Lessees and DTAG agrees that, unless at any time the Series 20001998-1 Letter of Credit Provider shall otherwise expressly consent in writing, it will, and in the case of DTAG, it will cause each of the Lessees to: (a) Affirmative Covenants under the Credit Agreement. Comply with each of the affirmative covenants applicable to it set forth in the Credit Agreement including, without limitation, those set forth in Section 8.1 thereof, which affirmative covenants are hereby incorporated herein by this reference;

So long as the Series 20002003-1 Letter of Credit has not expired or any amount is owing to the Series 20002003-1 Letter of Credit Provider hereunder, each of the Lessees and DTAG agrees that, unless at any time the Series 20002003-1 Letter of Credit Provider shall otherwise expressly consent in writing, it will, and in the case of DTAG, it will cause each of the Lessees to: (a) Affirmative Covenants under the Credit Agreement. Comply with each of the affirmative covenants applicable to it set forth in the Credit Agreement including, without limitation, those set forth in Section 8.1 thereof, which affirmative covenants are hereby incorporated herein by this reference;

So long as the Series 20002007-1 Letter of Credit has not expired or any amount is owing to the Series 20002007-1 Letter of Credit Provider hereunder, each of the Lessees and DTAG agrees that, unless at any time the Series 20002007-1 Letter of Credit Provider shall otherwise expressly consent in writing, it will, and in the case of DTAG, it will cause each of the Lessees to: (a) Affirmative Covenants under the Credit Agreement. Comply with each of the affirmative covenants applicable to it set forth in the Credit Agreement including, without limitation, those set forth in Section 8.1 Article VII thereof, which affirmative covenants are hereby incorporated herein by this reference;

So long as the Series 20002001-1 Letter of Credit has not expired or any amount is owing to the Series 20002001-1 Letter of Credit Provider hereunder, each of the Lessees and DTAG agrees that, unless at any time the Series 20002001-1 Letter of Credit Provider shall otherwise expressly consent in writing, it will, and in the case of DTAG, it will cause each of the Lessees to: (a) Affirmative Covenants under the Credit Agreement. Comply with each of the affirmative covenants applicable to it set forth in the Credit Agreement including, without limitation, those set forth in Section 8.1 thereof, which affirmative covenants are hereby incorporated herein by this reference;

Comply with each of the affirmative covenants applicable to it set forth in the Credit Agreement including, without limitation, those set forth in Section 8.1 thereof, which affirmative covenants are hereby incorporated herein by this reference;

Comply with each of the affirmative covenants applicable to it set forth in the Credit Agreement including, without limitation, those set forth in Section 8.1 thereof, which affirmative covenants are hereby incorporated herein by this reference;

Comply with each of the affirmative covenants applicable to it set forth in the Credit Agreement including, without limitation, those set forth in Section 8.1 thereof, which affirmative covenants are hereby incorporated herein by this reference;
