Affordable Healthcare Act. In anticipation of the implementation in 2020 of the 40 percent excise tax on high-cost employer- sponsored health plans, also known as the "Cadillac Tax," the parties agree that in due course they will come together to assess the situation and negotiate mutually-agreeable solutions.
