Extended Health Care Plan. The Employer shall pay the monthly premium for regular Employees entitled to coverage under a mutually acceptable extended health care plan. Coverage for emergency out-of province coverage will be at one hundred percent (100%), subject to a lifetime maximum of two hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($250,000).

In the event of any conflict between the descriptions above and the Benefit Booklet, the terms of the Benefit Booklet and insurance will govern.
