Affordable Housing – Family / RAD. The western-most portion of the Property will be developed with a 4-story building designed as affordable to families earning not more than 60% of the average median income (AMI). The building will be approximately 145,000 square feet in size and will contain 120 units (46 of which are existing RAD units as discussed below). Parking for the affordable family building will be under the building in a partially buried parking garage.
