Affordable Price. The Affordable Price of the Home means the affordable price for a Very Low Income Home, Low Income Home, or Moderate Income Home, (as applicable, pursuant to the designation of the Home on page 1 of this Agreement), pursuant to Section Section 50093 of the California Health and Safety Code.

Affordable Price. Burrell College will provide NMSU with assistance to bill to your student account, but is not providing financial backing for this program. You are solely responsible for your bill. You should only be billed twice a year (once at the beginning of each semester) unless there are damages associated with your living arrangement. NMSU will use your damage deposit first, and then bill accordingly. The rent cost, approximately $500/month, includes utilities and internet. Our primary goal is to provide you with safe, affordable, and convenient housing.

  • Applicable Price (a) Share purchase payments and redemption orders that result from purchase payments, premium payments, surrenders and other transactions under Contracts (collectively, "Contract transactions") and that LIFE COMPANY receives prior to the close of regular trading on the New York Stock Exchange on a Business Day will be executed at the net asset values of the appropriate Funds next computed after receipt by AVIF or its designated agent of the orders. For purposes of this Section 2.3(a), LIFE COMPANY shall be the designated agent of AVIF for receipt of orders relating to Contract transactions on each Business Day and receipt by such designated agent shall constitute receipt by AVIF; provided that AVIF receives notice of such orders by 9:00 a.m. Central Time on the next following Business Day or such later time as computed in accordance with Section 2.1(b) hereof. (b) All other Share purchases and redemptions by LIFE COMPANY will be effected at the net asset values of the appropriate Funds next computed after receipt by AVIF or its designated agent of the order therefor, and such orders will be irrevocable.

  • Closing Price Closing Price shall mean the last reported market price for one share of Common Stock, regular way, on the New York Stock Exchange (or any successor exchange or stock market on which such last reported market price is reported) on the day in question. If the exchange is closed on the day on which the Closing Price is to be determined or if there were no sales reported on such date, the Closing Price shall be computed as of the last date preceding such date on which the exchange was open and a sale was reported.

  • Collection Practices; Escrow Deposits The origination and collection practices used with respect to the Mortgage Loan have been in accordance with Accepted Servicing Practices, and have been in all material respects legal and proper. With respect to escrow deposits and Escrow Payments, all such payments are in the possession of the Company and there exist no deficiencies in connection therewith for which customary arrangements for repayment thereof have not been made. All Escrow Payments have been collected in full compliance with state and federal law. No escrow deposits or Escrow Payments or other charges or payments due the Company have been capitalized under the Mortgage Note;

  • Reasonable Purchase Price The consideration received by the Seller upon the sale of the Mortgage Loans under this Agreement constitutes fair consideration and reasonably equivalent value for the Mortgage Loans.

  • Collection Practices The collection practices used by the Servicer with respect to each Mortgage Note and Mortgage have been in all respects legal, proper and prudent in the mortgage servicing business;

  • Price If pricing is not stated on this Order or in an executed procurement agreement, then Supplier’s pricing shall not exceed the lowest prices charged by Supplier to other similarly situated customers.   • Applicable Principles Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, the Realized Tax Benefit or Realized Tax Detriment for each Taxable Year is intended to measure the decrease or increase in the Actual Tax Liability of the Corporation for such Taxable Year attributable to the Basis Adjustments and Imputed Interest, as determined using a “with and without” methodology described in Section 2.4(a). Carryovers or carrybacks of any tax item attributable to any Basis Adjustment or Imputed Interest shall be considered to be subject to the rules of the Code and the Treasury Regulations or the appropriate provisions of U.S. state and local tax law, as applicable, governing the use, limitation and expiration of carryovers or carrybacks of the relevant type. If a carryover or carryback of any tax item includes a portion that is attributable to a Basis Adjustment or Imputed Interest (a “TRA Portion”) and another portion that is not (a “Non-TRA Portion”), such portions shall be considered to be used in accordance with the “with and without” methodology so that: (i) the amount of any Non-TRA Portion is deemed utilized first, followed by the amount of any TRA Portion (with the TRA Portion being applied on a proportionate basis consistent with the provisions of Section 3.3(a)); and (ii) in the case of a carryback of a Non-TRA Portion, such carryback shall not affect the original “with and without” calculation made in the prior Taxable Year. The Parties agree that, subject to the second to last sentence of Section 2.1(a), all Tax Benefit Payments attributable to an Exchange will be treated as subsequent upward purchase price adjustments that give rise to further Basis Adjustments for the Corporation beginning in the Taxable Year of payment, and as a result, such additional Basis Adjustments will be incorporated into such Taxable Year continuing for future Taxable Years until any incremental Basis Adjustment benefits with respect to a Tax Benefit Payment equals an immaterial amount.
