Your Bill. Your bill provides you notice of your charges. It reflects monthly recurring charges (usually billed one bill cycle in advance) and usage/transaction specific charges (usually billed in the bill cycle in which they're incurred). Your bill may also include other important notices (for example, changes to this Agreement, to your Service, legal notices, etc.). Your bill will only be available via the internet. You are responsible for providing a valid email address for communication. You agree to assume all responsibility, including payment of any additional fees or limitations incurred as a result of your email malfunctioning or not receiving our communication.
Your Bill. I understand Wesleyan uses electronic billing (E-Bill) as its official billing method; therefore, I am responsible for viewing and paying my student account E-Bill by the scheduled due date. I further understand failure to review my E-Bill does not constitute a valid reason for paying my bill after the due date. E-Bill information is available at xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/xxxxxxxx/xxxxxxxxxx.xxxx. I understand and agree if I fail to pay my student account bill or any monies due and owing Wesleyan by the scheduled due date, a late payment penalty of $200.00 may be assessed if any portion of the “Total Due” shown on the bill remains unpaid after the due date. For any other person to receive the E-Bill notification, I must establish that person as an “Authorized User” in the Student Account section in WesPortal. The “Authorized User” will receive future E-bills, view student account information, have the ability to make on-line payments and enroll in the monthly payment plan.
Your Bill. We will issue your bill to your nominated e-mail address. If you request, we will send your bill to your nominated residential address. We may change your billing frequency based on a change in your metering circumstances, which may include new metering equipment. If we do decide to change your billing frequency, we will notify you on your next bill. If you choose one of our monthly instalment billing plans and have a Monthly Instalment Amount for your bill each month, you give us your explicit informed consent to be billed monthly. Your monthly bill will be the amount set out in your Price Fact Sheet with either a monthly, bimonthly or quarterly reconciliation depending on your meter type.
Your Bill. Electronic bills are rendered eleven times per year. The link to the current bill will be e‐mailed to your Wesleyan e‐mail address. Payment is due within thirty days of the “Bill Date” listed on the E‐Bill. If we receive full payment of the “Amount Due” shown on the bill on or before the due date, no late payment penalty will be assessed. A late payment penalty of $200.00 may be assessed if any portion of the “Amount Due” shown on the bill remains unpaid after the due date. We may apply payments and credits to the amounts owed on your account in any order that we establish. You are responsible for your account. For any other person to receive the E‐Bill notification you must establish that person as an “Authorized Payer” in the E‐Bill section of your portfolio. The “Authorized Payer” will receive future E‐bills and have the ability to make on‐line payments. For any other person to see daily transactions on your account you must grant “guest access” to Student Account within your portfolio.
Your Bill. ♦ Your bill is our notice to you of your fees and charges and other important information. You should read everything in your bill. You agree that we may include charges for both communications-related and non-communications- related products and services on your bill. We bill usage charges after calls are made or received. We bill access fees and some other charges in advance. You can view your detailed bill online. We will also send you a summary bill without call detail. We may charge a fee for bill reprints. Your bill reflects the fees and charges in effect under your calling plan at the time they are incurred. You can dispute your bill, but only within 60 days of the invoice date of the first bill containing the disputed call or charge. You must still pay any disputed charges until the dispute is resolved. Charges may vary depending on where your wireless phone is when a call starts. If a charge depends on an amount of time used, we will round up any fraction of a minute to the next full minute. Time starts when you first press "SEND" or the call connects to a network on outgoing calls, and when the call connects to a network (which may be before it rings) on incoming calls. Time may end several seconds after you press "END" or the call otherwise disconnects. For calls made on the network, we only bill for calls that connect (which includes calls answered by machines). Most calls you make or receive during a billing cycle are included in your bill for that cycle. Billing for airtime (including roaming) and related charges may, however, sometimes be delayed. Delayed airtime may be applied in the month it appears on your bill against airtime included in your calling plan for that month, rather than against the included airtime for the month when you actually made or received the call. This may result in charges higher than you would expect in ♦ Payment is due in full within 30 (thirty) days after closing the billing cycle, as stated on your bill. IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE PAYMENT IN FULL WHEN DUE, WE MAY, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER LAW, CHARGE YOU A LATE FEE OF UP TO 1.5 PERCENT A MONTH (18 PERCENT ANNUALLY), OR A FLAT $5 A MONTH, WHICHEVER IS GREATER, ON UNPAID BALANCES. WE MAY ALSO CHARGE FOR ANY COLLECTION AGENCY FEES BILLED TO US FOR TRYING TO COLLECT FROM YOU. We may require an advance deposit (or an increased deposit) from you. We may impose a spending limit on your account or decrease it if your account already has a spending limit. We may change y...
