Irrigation The City shall provide water to the Premises for the purpose of irrigating the facility. The City specifically reserves the right to restrict water usage under this Agreement if water restrictions are placed on other water users within the City. Prior to the start of the season, City will provide charge up and run through the automatic irrigation systems to check for proper operation. City will provide Lessee with a radio for remote operation of the irrigation system, which Lessee shall use for the day to day maintenance, repair, and monitoring of the irrigation system. If the radio is lost, stolen, broken, or is rendered unusable, Lessee shall pay $1500 for the replacement radio. City is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the following irrigation elements, to the extent applicable: curb stops, backflow prevention devices, backflow enclosures, main line pipings, electric control valves, and controllers. Lessee shall notify Parks Division Water managers by email if any of these irrigation elements are malfunctioning or broken.
Surface Treatments The Project Area is covered by a layer of mulch permeable to air and water, including, but not limited to rock, bark, ungrouted stepping stones and artificial turf manufactured to be permeable or a high- density planting of living groundcover plants. There are no impermeable barriers that would inhibit the passage of air and/or water to the soil. Box 99956 MS 110 Las Vegas, Nevada 89193-9956 EXHIBIT “D” CONSERVATION EASEMENT This Grant of Conservation Easement (“Easement”) is made by the Xxxxx County School District, a political subdivision of the State of Nevada, as the grantor, (“Owner”) and the Southern Nevada Water Authority (“Authority”), a political subdivision of the State of Nevada, as the holder.
Drinking Water Adequate arrangement shall be made for the supply of drinking water. If practicable filtered and chlorinated supplies shall be arranged when supplies are from intermittent sources overhead storage tank shall be provided with capacity of five liters a person per day. Where the supply is to be made from a well, it shall conform to the sanitary standard laid down in the report of the Rural Sanitation Committee. The well should be at least 30 meters away from any latrine or other source of population. If possible, hand pump should be installed for drinking water from well. The well should be effectively disinfected once every month and the quality of water should be got tested at the public Health Institution between each work of disinfecting.
Foundations nor shall the Contractor be responsible for correction of leaks resulting from said failure.
Toilet Facilities The Employer provides the Contractor access to toilet facilities. Temporary chemical toilets are provided by the Contractor where deemed necessary.
Tents Requests for tents will be considered on an individual basis. If approved, all tenting must be done by one of the DCA’s approved tenting companies. All tents require a permit from the Town of Darien Building Department and inspection prior to the event. No stakes may be driven into the lawns or parking lot. DELIVERIES/PICK-UPS Rented supplies may be delivered one day in advance of rental and picked up before 8:30 am on the next business day (i.e. Saturday rental supplies may be picked up on Monday), but these arrangements must be confirmed with the DCA. Food, refrigerated items, wedding cakes and flowers must be delivered during the event set-up hours. The DCA is not responsible for any supplies, rentals or personal items while on the premises.
Toileting the ability to use the lavatory or otherwise manage bowel and bladder functions so as to maintain a satisfactory level of personal hygiene;
