Papers, dust, cobwebs, peels, cans/bottles, cigarette butts, excrement on floor, bad smells, water pools, leaking sewage, rodents, animals (dead or alive), overflowing sanitary bins. 0 = NOT APPLICABLE 1 = UNACCEPTABLE (Toilets out of order. Toilets not cleaned on daily basis.) 2 = POOR (Toilets cleaned, but still visible signs of dirt, e.g. dust, cobwebs.) 3 = GOOD (Obvious sign that toilets are cleaned daily.) 4 = EXCELLENT (Extra effort is put in to ensure cleanliness, e.g. using detergents.)
Toilets. Special attention shall be given to bottoms and floors on and around urinals and commodes for elimination of odors and stains and to provide a uniformly clean appearance throughout.

Toilets. Do not flush anything other than bodily waste and toilet paper down the toilet. Wipes should NOT be flushed down toilets including those that are labeled “flushable.” Do not flush down toilets tampons, pads or any other feminine product, or condoms. Do not put paper towels, Kleenex, or Qtips in the toilet.

Building Level : :: Lobbies on all floors and staircase of the Said building complex.
Toilets. Each venue has adequate toilets for their occupancy except the Outdoor Pavilion. The Pavilion guests will utilize the Toilet Rooms located on the Lower Level of the Clubhouse Building (Adjacent to the Rathskeller). These Toilet Rooms can be accessed from the West Door (follow signage). All Toilet Rooms are handicap accessible. WEATHER: The weather is usually suitable for outside events from May 15 until October 15. Since most of our venues are booked-up for events in advance, please be advised that unless you reserve the Pavilion or one of the other venues at the time you schedule the main reception hall, we may not have any additional indoor facilities available to serve as a “weather back-up plan”. Should there be inclement weather on your reserved day, we will approve your last-minute rental of tents, canopies or heaters, provided they are set-up at an acceptable location. WEDDING GAZEBO / ARBOR: The Gazebo and Vineyard Arbors may be used as wedding sites and for pictures (Chairs required for a wedding ceremony are to be provided and set-up by Waters Edge based on the standard rental policy). If the Pavilion has already been rented as a venue for a different group, then special permission must be granted to utilize the Gazebo for another party’s ceremony. Pictures are permitted to be taken at the Gazebo and Arbor sites by all parties, but shall be coordinated for use between all site venues.
Toilets. One common toilet & one attached in each flat as per terms agreed above with Marble flooring & glassed tiles on walls up to 6’. Concealed pipeline with C.P. fittings, all tape and basin point good quality metal fittings namely ESSCO* or equivalent, pan or commode in white, one wash basin outside, another wash basin in toilet*, gizer line, three tap point, one near pan, one for cold and one for hot water and one shower point.
