After-Acquired Property, Further Assurances. Each of the Loan Parties agrees to execute and deliver from time to time, and cause each of their Subsidiaries and the shareholders thereof to execute and deliver from time to time, all such further documents and assurances as may be reasonably required by the Lender from time to time in order to provide the Security contemplated hereunder, specifically including: supplemental or additional security agreements, assignments and pledge agreements which shall include lists of specific assets to be subject to the security interests required hereunder.
