AFTER DENYING A REQUEST. After ▇▇- ▇▇▇▇▇ a request for exemption, the Secretary shall publish in the Federal Register (or, in the case of a request for an exemption from the physical qualification standards for com- mercial motor vehicle drivers, post on a web site established by the Secretary to imple- ment the requirements of section 31149) the name of the person denied the exemption and the reasons for such denial. The Sec- retary may meet the requirement of this subparagraph by periodically publishing in the Federal Register the names of persons denied exemptions and the reasons for such denials.
