After departure. ▪ The extra cost of economy air transportation to destination in the event of a missed connection due to a schedule change by tour operator. ▪ Air Extra – the extra cost of one-way economy airfare by the most direct route home by a regularly scheduled flight up to the amount of coverage selected on the application as Air Extra. If return of a participant is delayed more than ten days beyond the scheduled return date, this benefit shall only be payable upon submission of proof that the sick or injured person was admitted and confined to hospital as an in-patient for more than 48 hours.
