Travel Insurance. The Employer shall provide and pay the full cost for travel insurance to cover all members of the bargaining unit for all modes of travel, in the amount of $200,000.00. The travel insurance policy shall also cover employees while on union business.
Travel Insurance. The Producer shall provide accidental death insurance in a sum not less than two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) for the benefit of the employee's designated beneficiary when the employee is required to travel at the request of the Producer in transportation furnished by the Producer. Employees shall be permitted to fill out a form specifying a beneficiary. Such form shall be filed with the designated representative of the Producer. An employee, by refusing in good faith to travel by airplane, will not jeopardize his future working opportunities on assignments which do not require travel by airplane.
Travel Insurance. JUCY strongly recommends the renter purchases a comprehensive travel insurance policy prior to travel through a reputable provider.
Travel Insurance. Each Employer shall provide its Employees with a minimum of $250,000.00 of Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance when the Employee is required to travel at the request of an Employer if transportation is furnished by that Employer and used by the Employee. The benefits resulting from the policy mentioned above shall be payable to the Employee or, in the event of death, to the beneficiary designated by such Employee. If no designation has been made then such indemnity shall be paid to the estate of the deceased.
Travel Insurance. Generally, Consultant shall be responsible for all medical, dental, health, injury and other personal insurance coverage. However, if Consultant’s Services requires international travel under a U.S. Government funded contract (Creative’s prime contract), Consultant may be eligible for the AIG Travel Guard Program, which provides direct access to prompt assistance in the event of a medical emergency while traveling abroad. Additionally, Consultant may be covered by DBA insurance. If applicable, AIG Travel Guard and DBA will be provided to Consultant at no additional cost. Consultant agrees to the requirements and limitations of these insurances, which may include costs for specific use under the AIG Travel Guard coverage.
Travel Insurance. The University provides travel accident insurance containing various benefits of up to $100,000 for death or dismemberment, on a non-contributory basis, for any faculty member who travels for the University on University business, whether locally or long distance. The policy provides 24-hour coverage while the faculty member is in travel status. Coverage does not extend to personal side trips while on University business. The terms of the coverage are more fully set forth in this Policy.

This insurance should cover cancellation and curtailment, all medical expenses including evacuation/repatriation, personal baggage, personal liability, death and permanent disability and travel document insurance.
