Common use of After-Hours Use Clause in Contracts

After-Hours Use. Lessor reserves the right to exclude from the Building between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. and at all hours on Saturdays, Sundays and Building Holidays, all persons who do not present a pass to the Building signed by the Lessee. Each Lessee shall be responsible for all persons for whom such a pass is issued and shall be liable to the Lessor for the acts of such persons.

After-Hours Use. Otherwise, Lessee and Lessee’s Representatives shall have access to the Premises 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year (except in the case of an emergency). Each Lessee shall be responsible for all persons for whom such a pass is issued and shall be liable to the Lessor for the acts of such personsissued.
