For lateral impact, positive measures shall be taken to ensure the stability of the dummy is maintained until t0 and this shall be confirmed using video analysis. Any means used to stabilise the dummy before t0 shall not influence the dummy kinematics after t0. Because the foam of the test bench seat cushion will compress after installation of the Enhanced Child Restraint System, the dynamic test shall be conducted no more than 10 minutes after installation. To allow the test bench seat cushion to recover, the minimum period between two tests using the same test bench seat cushion shall be 20 minutes. After installation the Participant shall notify the LPC and return the Certificate of Completion to the LPC. Prior to parallel operation, the LPC may inspect the Qualifying System for compliance with standards which include a witness test. After installation. 8.3.1. Upon completion of installation ODOT will review and approve the work for compliance with this Agreement and permit requirements. User will provide ODOT with a complete set of “as built” plans and specifications within 180 days of the completion of construction.
8.3.2. Upon agreement with ODOT or within sixty (60) days after installation and at its own expense, User shall repair any damage to underground drainage or other installations and restore all disturbed fencing, drainage, and right-of-way to a condition which is equal to or better than that which originally existed.
8.3.3. User shall seed, per Manual of Construction and Materials Specifications Current Edition (Item 659), any disturbed areas; excess material shall be removed from the Property.
8.3.4. User shall keep its pipeline and equipment in good order and repair during the term of this License Agreement. User may access the Property for future routine pipeline maintenance only after seeking the approval and issuance of a permit from ODOT, District ***Insert District Number***. Access shall only be from points other than the main traveled way or ramps of ***Insert Limited Access Highway Details, as necessary*** . In an emergency, User shall notify ODOT’s District ***Insert District Number*** personnel upon completion of the emergency work.
After installation. After installing STATCREW, you should start the program and select default program options. Take special care to insure you have the appropriate moni- tor and printer types selected. You should also install the Stat Crew Control Panel (refer to Chapter 3 for instructions). The Windows installation creates a “STATCREW” program folder, and adds an icon to the folder to launch the STATCREW program menu. You can use the ALT+ENTER keyboard command to change the DOS display window from full- screen to a window on the desktop, and vice versa. When you install STATCREW, a set of sample game files are copied onto your disk so you can easily generate some game and team reports before learning how to use the play-by-play scoring features. The software is initially in- stalled to point to the directory containing this set of sample game files. You might want to score additional plays at the end of this game, score a game from an old play-by-play, from a live practice/exhibition, or score a game from the TV to help you get a feel for how the play-by-play software works. Before scoring an actual game, create a new games directory to keep your “real” games separate from the sample games. Refer to Chapter 3 for details on how to set up your own games directories. Disk drives STATCREW requires approximately 6mb of disk space to install on your hard drive, and approximately 1mb of disk space to store a single season. Disk space is normally not an issue. Using on a network Although the software is not specifically designed to run on a network, it nor- mally functions properly if: Only one person is updating game files at any given time. If more than one person is adding or modifying game information at the same time, game index files and other files may be corrupted. Backup your files on a regular basis. Since the software is not designed for concurrent network use, this is an important step in making sure you can recover from unexpected situations.

Owner shall own the Backflow Prevention Device and shall be solely responsible for its operation, maintenance, repair, and replacement. In no event shall Authority have any responsibility for the expense, operation, maintenance, repair, or replacement of the Backflow Prevention Device nor shall Authority be responsible to Owner in any manner or fashion for any claims, damages, losses or expenses of whatsoever nature or kind in any way connected with or as a result of the Backflow Prevention Device and its operation or failure to operate as intended. After installation. Party A shall organize to conduct the checking and acceptance. Both parties shall sign Memo of Checking and Acceptance for Installation (please see Annexure 3), if the software qualifies the checking and acceptance. If the software can operate properly and stably for 30 days after the execution of Memo of Checking and Acceptance for Installation, both parties shall sign Memo of Completion of Installation and Implementation Service (please see Annexure 4). It shall be deemed as qualified if Party A does not sign Memo of Checking and Acceptance for Installation without reasonable cause within 3 working days after installation.
After installation. SDT shall perform systems testing to determine material conformity of the Software with the functionality described in Exhibit A. Hawaiian shall provide all reasonable and necessary assistance as requested by SDT during such systems testing.

If any product becomes defective after installation, within the meaning of our LIMITED WARRANTY FOR WOOD DOORS, Concept Millwork will agree, in addition to the above, to pay reasonable expenses for removing, re-hanging and refinishing. Such removal, re-hanging and refinishing, shall be performed only with the written approval of Concept Millwork, and after the cost of such work has been determined and approved. If the defect for which the product is being rejected was visible and apparent prior to installation, Concept Millwork cannot be responsible for any cost of removal, reinstallation or finishing of the product. CONCEPT MILLWORK SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY UNLESS SUCH DOORS OR FRAMES HAVE BEEN HANDLED, STORED, FINISHED, INSTALLED AND MAINTAINED IN ACCORDANCE TO ESTABLISHED INDUSTRY STANDARDS. ALSO, ALL RECOMMENDATIONS SET FORTH IN APPENDIX II AND ANY CONCEPT MILLWORK WRITTEN INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS HAVE BEEN ADHERED TO AND SUBJECTED TO NORMAL USE. CONCEPT MILLWORK SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY FOR ANY FURTHER FIELD FINISHING OF SUCH DOORS OR FRAMES. This warranty does not apply if the defect or failure of the warranted product was caused by damage while in the possession of the consumer. CONCEPT MILLWORK’S SOLE RESPONSIBILITY IS AS STATED IN THIS WARRANTY, AND CONCEPT MILLWORK IS NOT LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES.
