After School Hours Sample Clauses
The "After School Hours" clause defines the specific time period following the end of the regular school day during which certain activities, programs, or facility uses are permitted. Typically, this clause outlines the exact hours considered as "after school," such as from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and may specify which groups or activities are allowed to operate during this window, like extracurricular clubs or community programs. Its core practical function is to establish clear boundaries for the use of school resources outside standard instructional hours, thereby preventing scheduling conflicts and ensuring proper supervision and safety.
After School Hours. For a one (1) hour presentation, two (2) hours of preparation time is credited; result is three (3) hours extra duty pay (one (1) hour presentation + two (2) hours of prep time). For a two (2) hour presentation, four (4) hours of preparation time is credited; result is six (6) hours of extra duty pay (two (2) hour presentation + four (4) hours of prep time).
After School Hours. ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall be responsible for the conduct of all patients/families occupying the premises while present after school hours. ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall faithfully observe and comply with such other District rules and regulations regarding use of the premises and/or other common areas.
A. Afterhours use of the facilities for events beyond the scope of Behavioral Health Counseling must be scheduled with the District and the Building Principal. A written request must be presented at least thirty (30) days prior to the event. Failure to schedule the facilities, may result in immediate termination of this agreement.
B. Should afterhours use of the facilities be granted, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ may be responsible for all costs associated with the building use including but not limited to District employee wages to provide access and cleaning of the building.
After School Hours. Hours in which the referred Participant(s) are 19 not in school, but in need of structured supervision provided by the After– 20 School Program. CONTRACTOR shall obtain ADMINISTRATOR’s prior written 21 approval of facility in which services are to be provided prior to the 22 delivery of services.
