After the Joint Clause Samples

After the Joint. Conference Board or the Arbitrator issues a decision, said decision shall be immediately placed into effect and work thereafter shall continue in accordance with this Agreement and the provisions of said decision. If an Employer fails to comply with the decision of the Joint Conference Board or the Arbitrator, as the case may be, it shall not be a violation of this Agreement for the Union to strike said Employer, to refuse to supply employees for the jobs of said Employer and/or to withdraw employees from the job or jobs of such Employer.
