After the Termination Date; Transferred Interest Held on behalf of Bank Investor. At all times on and after the Termination Date, with respect to any portion of the Transferred Interest held by the Agent on behalf of the Bank Investors in any Related Group, the Administrative Agent for such Related Group shall select all Tranche Periods and Tranche Rates applicable thereto.
