Xxxxx Fees. All necessary ferry fees are to be reimbursed by the Employer in the following manner:
(1) Employees will be reimbursed at the passenger fare or passenger car fare when substantiated by receipts.
(2) When employees elect to live at or near the project and forego daily ferry travel, it is recognized that they are entitled to the prerogative of visiting their homes for the weekend and in that event ferry charges shall be paid for such weekend travel as substantiated by receipts.
Xxxxx Fees. Cardholder agrees to pay all costs incurred by Issuer in collecting Cardholder's indebtedness or in enforcing this Agreement, including reasonable attorney's fees and also those costs, expenses and attorney's fees incurred in appellate, bankruptcy and post-judgment proceedings, except to the extent such costs, fees or expenses are prohibited by law.
Xxxxx Fees. Subject to the submission of supporting documentation, the Company shall reimburse the Employee for reasonable legal fees incurred in connection with the negotiation of this Agreement.
Xxxxx Fees. New Source Energy shall be entitled to retain any XXXXX overhead charges associated with drilling and operating xxxxx billed in accordance with operating agreements to the extent that they are the operator of such xxxxx. The MLP Group will pay their proportionate share of all expenses that are directly chargeable to xxxxx in which they own an interest pursuant to the terms of the applicable operating agreements.
Xxxxx Fees. Except as otherwise provided herein, in the event that legal proceedings are commenced by the Owner against the Grantee or by the Grantee against the Owner in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover all reasonable attorney’s fees and expenses.
Xxxxx Fees. If a legal action is initiated by any party to this Agreement against another, arising out of or relating to the alleged performance or non-performance of any right or obligation established hereunder, or any dispute concerning the same, any and all fees, costs and expenses reasonably incurred by each successful party or his or its legal counsel in investigating, preparing for, prosecuting, defending against, or providing evidence, producing documents or taking any other action in respect of, such action shall be the joint and several obligation of and shall be paid or reimbursed by the unsuccessful party.
Xxxxx Fees. For parties during normal pool hours, the member should pay guest fees, using CCRA guest fee cards, for all non-members. Maximum attendees: 18 including member. For parties before opening time or after closing time, the CCRA party fee is $5 per child attendee 8 and under and $10 per attendee age 9 and over, including members, must be paid with this application, including the guest list. If the number of guests increases, the pool manager on duty will note the additional number on the check-out form, and the fee can be paid in arrears; NO REFUNDS FOR NO-SHOWS. Exception to party fees: for child/pre-teen/teen parties before or after normal hours, adult chaperones will not be charged up to the number required by contract rules. In case of inclement weather: if the party is cancelled before it starts, party fees will be refunded. Once the party starts, no fees will be refunded. The decision of the lifeguards or pool manager on duty as to whether to close the pool is final.
Xxxxx Fees. MRD shall be entitled to retain any XXXXX overhead charges associated with drilling and operating xxxxx billed in accordance with operating agreements to the extent that it (or any of its subsidiaries excluding the MLP Group) is the operator of such xxxxx. The MLP Group will pay their proportionate share of all expenses that are directly chargeable to xxxxx in which they own an interest pursuant to the terms of the applicable operating agreements. The MLP shall be entitled to retain any XXXXX overhead charges associates with drilling and operating xxxxx billed in accordance with operating agreements to the extent that the MLP is the operator of such xxxxx. For the avoidance of doubt, a well in which the MLP is the designated operator but that is operated by MRD personnel pursuant to this agreement is a well for which the MLP is entitled to retain applicable XXXXX overhead charges.
Xxxxx Fees. The City of Austin, Department of Aviation shall incur the cost of the airport security badge, for each Contractor employee, subcontractor or agent assigned to work on this contract and requires access to the airport site. Contractor is responsible for replacement costs and any other fees associated with lost security items. Any lost, stolen, or misplaced security badges will be replaced at an additional cost to the Contractor as follows: 1st replacement - $65; 2nd replacement
Xxxxx Fees. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for legal fees incurred in connection with the negotiation of this Agreement, provided that evidence of such fees shall be supplied to the Company and the amount of such reimbursement shall be capped at $45,000.
