After Your Credit Card Account is Closed. After your Credit Card Account is closed, you still must pay us any unpaid amounts under this Agreement. We will not be liable to you for any consequences resulting from closing your Credit Card Account. You agree to cut, tear or otherwise deliberately damage all Cards and unused Access Devices in your possession or control to prevent unauthorized use by third parties.
