Common use of Aftermarket Requirements Clause in Contracts

Aftermarket Requirements. 10.1 The parties understand that WABCO customers have aftermarket requirements (“AM Requirements”) for parts and/or components to be supplied as replacements beyond the customers’ series production needs. The Supplier acknowledges that WABCO is required to fulfil the AM Requirements of its customers for as long as such requirements continue and shall take all necessary measures to ensure that these AM Requirements are met
