AGE AND SERVICE CONDITIONS. For purposes of an Employee’s participation in the Plan, the Plan: (1) may not impose an age condition exceeding age 21; and (2) takes into account all of the Employee’s Years of Service with the Employer, except as provided in Section 2.03. “Year of Service” for purposes of an Employee’s participation in the Plan, means a 12-consecutive month eligibility computation period during which the Employee completes the number of Hours of Service (not exceeding 1,000) the Employer specifies in its Adoption Agreement.
