Common use of Age-Grade Clause in Contracts

Age-Grade. A. Pursuant to § 38-1802.04(c)(14) of the Act, in its first Academic Year of renewal, the School shall provide instruction to students in grades prekindergarten-3 (“PK3”) through eight. In each of the succeeding Academic Years, the School may provide instruction to students in accordance with Schedule I below. “
