Age Limitations. (1) Children under the age of three who have been diagnosed physical or mental health condition are to be served through the Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) program; and (2) Youth 17 years old or younger must be screened for CMH services. Youth receiving CMH services who are approaching their 16th birthday and continue to need mental health services shall be screened for Transition-Age Youth (LOC-TAY) Services or be transferred to Adult Mental Health (AMH) Services on their 18th birthday. Youth may be referred to another community provider, depending upon the individual’s needs. Individuals reaching 18 years of age who continue to need mental health services may be transferred to AMH services without meeting the adult MH Priority Population criteria and served for up to one additional year. Individuals who are 18 years of age or older and have previously received CMH services must be screened for LOC-TAY or AMH services using HHSC-approved UA. (3) For purposes of this Contract, definitions of “child,” “adolescent,” and “transition age youth” are as follows:

Players sanctioned by the league for transgressions must satisfy corrective actions meted out by the League President (e.g. serving suspensions , paying outstanding debts to former teams, etc.) before being in good standing with the league.

Each 45+ Division team will be allowed to have on their roster players who meet certain criteria but do not meet the age limitations of the Division. These players will be referred to as Exception Players. The criteria for Exception Players are they must be at least 43 years old or have their 43rd birthday on or before December 31st of the then current season. The following teams will be allowed two (2) exception players during the 2019 season. Buds, Swamp Donkeys, Patriots, Owls and Colt 45s. The remaining teams, the Pirates, Amigos and Dodgers will be allowed three (3) exception players. All exception players will be allowed to pitch. Exception players must be noted on a teams on line roster by the word “Exception” being placed along with the players name. For participation in the 53+ Division, players must be at least 53 years old or have their 53rd birthday on or before December 31st of the year in question. For the 2019 season, the Huskies, Knights, Cardinals and Dodgers will be allowed to have on their roster players who meet certain criteria but do not meet the age limitations of the Division. These players will be referred to as Exception Players. The criteria for Exception Players are they must be at least 51 years old or have their 51st birthday on or before December 31st of the then current season. These teams will be allowed three (3) exception players and these exception players will be allowed to pitch. Players who elect to join these teams as exception players will not be allowed to play for any other 53 division team until they reach the age of 53 or have their 53rd birthday on or before December 31st of the year in question. Exception players who request a release or are granted a release will not be allowed to participate as an exception player for any other team within the division. During each season, no team can name more than 3 players as exception players. If for any reason, an exception player leaves a team during the season, this player cannot be replaced by an additional (4th) exception player. Age Limitations. The Casino Operator shall take all reasonable steps necessary to prevent persons under the age of twenty-one (21), unless otherwise permitted under applicable law, to: (a) play or be allowed to play any Game or Gaming Device at the Casino; (b) loiter or be permitted to loiter in or about any room, premises, or designated area where any Game or Gaming Device is located, operated or conducted at the Casino; (c) be employed as a Gaming Employee or an operator of any Game or Gaming Device at the Casino; or (d) serve or be served, consume or be allowed to consume any alcoholic beverage at the Casino. The Casino Operator shall draft and implement policies and procedures designed to satisfy the requirements, including policies and procedures pertaining to documentation relating to proof of age and the examination of such document by responsible Casino Employees and to provide suitable security to enforce the policies and procedures. Notwithstanding the provisions of R.S. 27:260, the Casino Operator covenants and agrees that it shall at all times be subject to the Gaming Board's regulatory authority and that the Gaming Board may, by the Rules and Regulations provide for incremental fines and/or penalties for any violation of the same kind or involving the same Person in addition to those fines and/or penalties stipulated in R.S. 27:260.
