Common use of Agency Activity Report Clause in Contracts

Agency Activity Report. Within five (5) business days after the end of each calendar month, or unless otherwise agreed in writing, Contractor will provide the Participating Entity a summary of the activity performed by Contractor on the Participating Entity’s Accounts. The information contained on the report may be used to measure performance goals and compliance with any performance standards established by the Participating Entity or as approved by the Judicial Council.
