Monthly Status Reports. 19.1.1 During the Operation Period, the Concessionaire shall, no later than 7 (seven) days after the close of each month, furnish to the Authority and the Independent Engineer a monthly report stating in reasonable detail the condition of the Project including its compliance or otherwise with the Maintenance Requirements, Maintenance Manual, Maintenance Program and Safety Requirements, and shall promptly give such other relevant information as may be required by the Independent Engineer or the Authority. In particular, such report shall separately identify and state in reasonable detail the defects and deficiencies that require rectification.
Monthly Status Reports. During Post COD Period, the Concessionaire shall, not later than 7 (seven) days after the close of each month, furnish to the PMU a monthly report stating in reasonable detail the condition of the project including its compliance or otherwise with the maintenance requirements, the quantity of Solid Waste collected, processed & disposed and shall promptly give such other relevant information as may be required by the PMU. In particular, such report shall separately identify and state in reasonable detail the defects and deficiencies that require rectification.
Monthly Status Reports. The Contractor shall prepare a monthly status report based on a template format provided by Princeton University that contains, without limitation to other requirements for same as may be provided elsewhere in the Contract, the following items:
Monthly Status Reports. Furnish to the Agent, on a monthly basis on each Payment Date, a monthly report in the form of Exhibit B hereto (which report shall have attached thereto a copy of the Servicer's Certificate delivered pursuant to the Pooling Agreement for the related Collection Period) and such other information with respect to the Trust's property as the Agent may reasonably request (including a copy of the monthly statements with respect to the Cash Collateral Account furnished by the holder thereof (if other than the Trust Depositor, the Servicer or an Affiliate thereof) and information relating to the source and amount of any prepayment of the Loans pursuant to Section 2.02(c) or (d)).
Monthly Status Reports. 19.1.1 During the Contract Period, the Operator shall, no later than [7 (seven)] days after the end of each month, furnish to the Authority a monthly report stating in reasonable detail the maintenance services performed by the Operator on the Buses and the defects and deficiencies that require rectification. The report shall also include Key Performance Indicators achieved by the Buses and the compliance or otherwise with the Maintenance Requirements, Maintenance Manual and Operation Manual. The Operator shall promptly give such other relevant information as may be required by the Authority.
19.1.2 The monthly report specified in Clause 19.1.1 shall also include a summary of the key operational hurdles and deliverables expected in the succeeding month along with strategies for addressing the same and for otherwise improving the Operator’s operational performance.

DESIGN PROFESSIONAL shall submit to OWNER, not later than the tenth (10th) day of each month, a progress report reflecting the PROJECT design and construction status, in terms of the total work effort estimated to be required for the completion of the Basic Services, as of the last day of the preceding month. The report shall show all work items, the percentage complete of each item, the percentage of total work effort represented by each item, and the percentage of total work effort completed.
1.2. All monthly status reports and invoices shall be mailed to the attention of OWNER’S PROGRAM MANAGER:

Monthly Status Reports. 19.1.1 During the Operation Period, the Mine Operator shall, no later than 7 (seven) days after the close of each month, furnish to the Authority and the Engineer in charge, a monthly report stating in reasonable detail the condition of the Mines and Equipment including their compliance or otherwise with the Mining Plan, Maintenance Requirements, Maintenance Manual, Maintenance Programme and Safety Requirements, and shall promptly give such other relevant information as may be required by the Engineer in charge or the Authority. In particular, such report shall separately identify and state in reasonable detail the defects and deficiencies that require rectification.
19.1.2 During the Operation Period, the Mine Operator shall, no later than 10 (ten) days after the close of each month, furnish to the Authority and the Engineer in charge, a monthly management report which shall be a summary of:
(a) key performance indicators achieved in the month, along with an analysis of reasons for failures, if any, and proposals to remedy the same;
(b) key operational hurdles and deliverables expected in the succeeding month along with strategies for addressing the same and for otherwise improving the Project's operational performance; and
(c) key financial parameters for the month, as benchmarked against the monthly budget, the reasons for shortfall, if any, and proposals to remedy the same.
Monthly Status Reports. Manager shall prepare and deliver to the Owner within the prescribed time period set forth on Exhibit D-1 a written Monthly Status Report in the form attached hereto as Exhibit D-1.
