Common use of Agency Disclosure; No Other Brokers Clause in Contracts

Agency Disclosure; No Other Brokers. Landlord and Tenant each warrant that they have dealt with no other real estate broker(s) in connection with this transaction except the Brokers identified in Section 1.07. Each party hereby indemnifies and agrees to defend and hold the other party harmless against any claim that may arise as a result of any breach of the foregoing warranty by the indemnifying party. The terms of this Section shall survive the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease.
