Common use of Agency Fee Clause in Contracts

Agency Fee. The Borrower shall pay to the Agent for its own account the fees specified in the letter dated on or about the date of the Commitment Letter from the Agent to the Parent and the Borrower at the times and in the amounts specified in such letter.

Agency Fee.
