Common use of Agency for Representatives Clause in Contracts

Agency for Representatives. Each Party agrees that it accepts each right to indemnification in favour of any of its Representatives as agent and trustee of each such Representative. Each Party agrees that the Purchaser, on the one hand, and the Vendors’ Delegate for and on behalf of any Vendor, on the other hand, may enforce an indemnity in favour of any of that Party’s Representatives on behalf of that Representative.
