Common use of Agency for Representatives Clause in Contracts

Agency for Representatives. Each Indemnified Party agrees that it accepts each indemnity in favour of any of its Representatives as agent and trustee of that Representative. Each Party agrees that an Indemnified Party may enforce an indemnity in favour of any of that Party’s Representatives on behalf of that Representative.
