Common use of Agency Ordering Clause in Contracts

Agency Ordering. From time to time an Agency may issue a Purchase Order or other purchase instrument for a purchase of Services, Devices and other Equipment Services, provided hereunder, which purchase instrument shall refer to, incorporate by reference and be subject to the pricing, terms and conditions of this Agreement. Contractor agrees to provide to each ordering Agency the Services and/or Devices and other Equipment, in the same manner as it would provide same to GTA, and in such event, the Agency shall be responsible for complying with all the terms and conditions of this Agreement that are applicable to GTA hereunder. Contractor shall invoice each Agency separately and each such Agency shall be solely liable for all Services and/or Devices, ordered or purchased under this Agreement or any purchase instrument issued by the Agency. GTA shall have no liability for any amounts owed to Contractor by other Agencies.
