Agency; Partnership; and Third Parties. Neither Party becomes the agent or legal representative of the other Party as a result of this Agreement, nor does it create a partnership or joint venture between the Parties. In addition, this Agreement confers no rights, benefits, or remedies of any kind on third parties.
