Common use of Agency Relationship Only Clause in Contracts

Agency Relationship Only. The relationship of the Master Servicer (and of any successor to the Master Servicer as servicer under this Master Agreement) to the Purchaser under this Master Agreement is intended by the parties to be that of an independent contractor and not that of a joint venture, partner or agent.
