AGENCY RELATIONSHIPS. If permitted by applicable law, the Owner hereby consents to the Agent acting as a dual agent for the Owner and any tenant(s) or buyer(s) resulting in a real estate transaction. The Owner understands that the Agent may have or obtain property management agreements on other properties and that potential tenants may consider, make offers on, or lease through the Agent property the same as or similar to the Property. The Owner consents to the Agent's representation of the other owners' properties before, during, and after the expiration of this Agreement.
AGENCY RELATIONSHIPS. If permitted by applicable law, Broker may act, and Owner hereby consents to Broker acting, as dual agent for Owner and tenant(s) in any resulting transaction. Owner understands that Broker may have or obtain property management agreements on other property, and that potential tenants may consider, make offers on, or lease through Broker, property the same as or similar to Owner's Property. Owner consents to Broker's representation of other owners' properties before, during and after the expiration of this Agreement.
AGENCY RELATIONSHIPS. Xxxxxx is acting as an agent for the Property Owner. This paragraph serves as confirmation that the Broker’s status was communicated before any real estate services were provided and also serves as a statement acknowledging that the landlord, as applicable, was informed that any complaints alleging a violation or violations of Tenn. Code Xxx. 00-00-000 must be filed within the applicable statute of limitations for such violation set out in Tenn. Code Xxx. 62-13-313(e) with the Tennessee Real Estate Commission, 000 Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx Parkway, 3rd Floor, Nashville, TN 37232, PH: (000) 000-0000.
AGENCY RELATIONSHIPS. Any agreement or understanding dealing with advertising, brokerage, licensing, dealership, representative, or agency relationships in excess of $50,000;
AGENCY RELATIONSHIPS. Any relationship between Seller(s) and Broker either passive or implied, in this contract or transaction expires upon the acceptance of a presented offer, sale, transfer or cancellation of the listing.
AGENCY RELATIONSHIPS. A. Agent shall represent Seller in any resulting transaction, except as specified in this Agreement.
AGENCY RELATIONSHIPS. Xxxxxx/Agent agrees to act as the agent of Owner/Landlord in any resulting lease or rental transaction involving any Property covered by this Agreement. It may be necessary or appropriate for Broker/Agent to act as agent of both Owner/Landlord and Tenants, or one or more additional parties, in any resulting lease transaction, in which case Broker/Agent will seek Owner/Landlord's consent to Broker/Agent's representation of additional parties as soon as practicable. However, if Broker/Agent is the listing Broker/Agent and/or property manager for a different property in which a Tenant is interested; Owner/Landlord understands Broker/Agent may act as agent of that Tenant and/or other property owner with respect to a transaction involving that other property.
AGENCY RELATIONSHIPS. While Broker shall generally act as the agent for Seller(s), it may be necessary or appropriate for Broker to act as agent of both Seller(s) and Buyer(s), exchange party, or one or more additional parties. Broker shall provide agency disclosure(s) as required by law. Seller(s) understands that Broker may have or obtain listings on other properties and that potential buyers may consider, make offers on, or purchase other property through use of Broker's services.
AGENCY RELATIONSHIPS. Dealer will use diligent efforts to find a Buyer who is ready, able and willing to complete a sale of the property. Dealer’s verifiable record of marketing attempts will be available upon request. Owner understands that Dealer or his licensed representative may in the future act for two or more parties in this transaction. When acting for more than one party in the transaction Licensee is limited because of the adverse interests of the parties. The Licensee cannot represent the interests of one party to the exclusion or detriment of the interest of the other party. The Owner/Seller understands the foregoing and Consents to allow Licensee to Act for all parties, to not limit the range of potential purchasers. Dealer may elect to pay another licensed dealer a portion of the commission if the dealers have a written cooperative agreement and the other dealer produces a qualified buyer that results in a final sale.
AGENCY RELATIONSHIPS. Each Loan Party will not, and will not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, enter into any, or renew any existing or expired, contract, agreement or order with any Account Debtor, that contains any term that (x) establishes that a Loan Party is (i) holding any payment made by such Account Debtor in trust, or similar language, by such Loan Party, for payment to any other Person or (ii) collecting any payment from such Account Debtor as agent for such Account Debtor for payment to any other Person or (y) creates or establishes an agency or agency-like relationship between such Account Debtor and a Loan Party or a Loan Party and another Person.
