Agency Representatives. It is mutually agreed that any agency providing resources may, at its own discretion, request an agency representative who will be ordered and paid for by the protecting agency. Any support staff required by an agency administrator representative will be mutually agreed to and ordered by the protecting agency, or will be considered a voluntary contribution. An agency with jurisdictional interest, but not providing resources may, at its discretion, send an agency representative who will be considered a voluntary contribution.
