The Agency staff shall review as expeditiously as reasonably possible each Complete Major Phase Application and shall notify Developer of the Agency staff’s comments and comments by applicable City Agencies and other Governmental Entities and community organizations consulted by the Agency. At the close of the periods described above in this Section IV.B.3, the Agency Director shall submit the Complete Major Phase Application to the CAC or the PAC, as applicable, and then to the Agency Commission for review and consideration at the next regularly-scheduled meeting of the Agency Commission for which an agenda has not yet been finalized and for which the Agency can prepare and submit a staff report in keeping with standard practices of the Agency. The Agency Commission shall take action on each Complete Major Phase Application in accordance with the standards in Section IV.B.4 within thirty (30) days after such Complete Major Phase Application is introduced at a public meeting of the Agency Commission for review and consideration, unless Developer in its sole discretion Approves an extension of such period.
