Agency s Right to Audit. A. Grantee shall make available at reasonable times and upon reasonable notice, and for reasonable periods, work papers, reports, books, records, supporting documents kept current by Grantee pertaining to the Grant Agreement for purposes of inspecting, monitoring, auditing, or evaluating by System Agency and the State of Texas.
